The EC of IMU will send to the Local Organization Committee the list of delegates.    As soon as we receive the names of the delegates to the GA, we will send them a letter of invitation along with a request to complete the online Accommodation form which will be made available here.  You may then choose between the Chancery Pavilion or the Chancery hotel for your stay at Bangalore.
